Before publication, replace the marked placeholders below with the actual legal name of the Feelvi operator/proprietor, business address, support details and any other legally required particulars. Do not publish invented registration numbers, addresses or officer names.
1. Request deletion
You can request deletion of your Feelvi account and associated personal data through the in-app account settings when available or by emailing support.feelvi@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
2. What deletion means
Deletion may remove or disable access to your profile and user-generated content associated with the account, subject to technical limitations and applicable law. Some information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, payment/accounting records or enforcement.
3. Backups and logs
Copies may remain temporarily in backups and security logs until they are overwritten or securely deleted under the applicable retention schedule.
4. Content shared with others
Messages or other information already received by another user may remain in that user's account or records where necessary for safety, legal compliance or technical reasons, subject to applicable law.
5. Child-safety and legal records
Records related to serious safety incidents, fraud or legal obligations may be preserved where necessary and lawful even if an account is otherwise deleted.
