Before publication, replace the marked placeholders below with the actual legal name of the Feelvi operator/proprietor, business address, support details and any other legally required particulars. Do not publish invented registration numbers, addresses or officer names.
1. Clear purchase information
Before a paid transaction, the applicable price, currency, recurring nature (if any), included features/items and material conditions will be shown in the purchase flow.
2. Google Play and other app stores
For purchases made through an app store, the store's billing, cancellation and refund rules may apply. For Google Play-distributed apps, digital goods, virtual currency and dating subscriptions are generally subject to Google Play billing requirements unless an applicable exception or regional alternative applies. Refund requests may therefore need to be submitted through the relevant store where that store controls the transaction.
3. Direct payments
If Feelvi offers a legally permitted direct web payment flow, the checkout page will identify the merchant, price, applicable taxes and cancellation/refund terms. Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider.
4. Virtual coins / diamonds
Virtual items are digital entitlements, not cash or deposits. Unless an express redemption program is offered and its eligibility conditions are met, virtual items cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred outside Feelvi. Any expiry, redemption threshold or fee will be displayed before the relevant transaction or redemption.
5. Cancellation
Where a subscription can be cancelled, use the same store/account channel through which it was purchased unless the checkout expressly provides another method. Cancellation normally stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse past charges.
