Before publication, replace the marked placeholders below with the actual legal name of the Feelvi operator/proprietor, business address, support details and any other legally required particulars. Do not publish invented registration numbers, addresses or officer names.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing or using Feelvi, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other rules presented in the service. If you do not agree, do not use Feelvi.
2. Eligibility — 18+ only
Feelvi is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. You must provide truthful age information and must not attempt to bypass age restrictions. We may suspend or terminate accounts where age eligibility cannot be established or where we reasonably believe the account belongs to a minor.
3. Your account
- Keep your login credentials and device secure.
- Do not share OTPs or authentication codes.
- Use only one legitimate account unless Feelvi expressly permits otherwise.
- Provide accurate information and update material changes.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Feelvi's own failure.
4. User-generated content
You retain rights you have in content you submit, subject to the rights needed for Feelvi to host, display, transmit, moderate and operate the service. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit content. Do not upload content involving minors in sexual contexts, non-consensual intimate imagery, stolen content, impersonation, or material that violates law or these rules.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not harass, threaten, stalk, extort, scam, impersonate, doxx, sexually exploit, distribute CSAM, facilitate trafficking, promote violence, use the service for illegal transactions, manipulate payments, evade enforcement, scrape users, introduce malware, or otherwise abuse the service. Full rules appear in the Community Guidelines.
6. Moderation and enforcement
Feelvi may review, restrict, remove or disable content/accounts where necessary to enforce our rules, protect users, respond to reports, comply with law or platform requirements, or investigate abuse. Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension or permanent termination. Where appropriate, we may preserve or disclose information to competent authorities.
7. Safety
Feelvi cannot verify every identity, statement or intention of every user. Do not send money to strangers, share passwords or OTPs, disclose sensitive information unnecessarily, or meet someone offline without taking reasonable precautions. Use our Safety Center and report suspicious behavior.
8. Paid features, coins and subscriptions
Paid features, subscriptions and virtual items are described at the point of purchase. Virtual items are not cash, are not bank deposits, and have no monetary value except where an expressly documented redemption program applies. Purchase availability, pricing, taxes, expiry and redemption rules will be displayed in the applicable flow.
For apps distributed through Google Play, digital goods, virtual currency and dating subscriptions are generally subject to Google Play's billing requirements unless an applicable exception or regional alternative applies. Feelvi will configure payments according to the platform rules applicable at launch. See Refund & Cancellation.
9. Third-party services
Feelvi may rely on app stores, payment providers, cloud services, communications providers and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply. Feelvi is not responsible for independent third-party outages or policies, except to the extent required by law.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Feelvi available and secure, but the service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, outages, abuse prevention or circumstances outside our control.
11. Intellectual property
Feelvi branding, software, design and original service materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be copied, reverse engineered, resold or exploited except as permitted by law or our written permission.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
Feelvi is a platform for social/dating interaction. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, relationship, friend, employment, income or any particular outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Feelvi and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, safety risks, fraud, legal requirements or other legitimate operational reasons. Provisions that should survive termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations, dispute provisions and legally required records, may continue as applicable.
14. Complaints and disputes
Contact Grievance / Complaints before escalating a dispute. Any dispute will be handled under applicable Indian law and the competent courts/authorities identified in the final operator terms, subject to mandatory consumer and statutory rights.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or website where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
